These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dubai Safaris website and the booking of our tours. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once you receive our confirmation. Please provide accurate details, including your pickup location and contact number, so we can deliver your experience smoothly.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in AED and, unless stated, are per person and include free hotel pickup within covered areas. Some outlying pickups or optional add-ons may incur additional charges, confirmed at booking.
Cancellations & refunds
Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may not be refundable. Weather-affected activities may be rescheduled or refunded.
Safety & responsibilities
Activities such as dune bashing and quad biking carry inherent risks. Please follow all guide instructions and safety guidance. Guests who are pregnant or have back, heart or other health conditions should choose gentler options and inform us in advance.
Liability
We act as a marketplace connecting you with licensed operators. While we vet our partners carefully, participation is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the value of your booking.
